TECNICHE COMPLEMENTARI SPORTIVE
Complementary Sports Techniques (TCS) are a serious and innovative tool to improve athletic performance that is emerging and spreading at a scientific level in high-level sports. TCSs are an ordered and codified integration of Natural Techniques such as shiatsu, acupuncture, moxibustion, kinesiology and mental training techniques, applied to athletic preparation and analytical-adaptive gymnastics.
Recent scientific studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of TCSs to increase muscle strength in order to improve the excellent performance, reduce the risk of injury and, in case, accelerate recovery times. TCS are followed and learned by many students of Motor Science, Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine and Natural Tech Operators. This book introduces the basics of TCS with particular reference to the Shiatsu and MTC points to be treated for the best sports performance, some mental training techniques and the principles of natural nutrition, without losing sight of chinesiology and sports physiology.
