(Complementary Sport Techniques)

Complementary Sport Techniques (TCS), created by Stefano Tirelli, represent an innovative methodology based on energy balance and optimization for improving performance in sport, functional recovery, and the prevention of injuries that athletes often tend to be subjected to.

For more than 10 years now, TCS represent a valid tool and resource for students and graduates with degrees in Sports Science, for athletic trainers, physiotherapists, specialists in motor rehabilitation and everyone involved in sporting activities. These techniques are based on the integration of knowledge of Western well-being methodologies with those of other cultures, in particular oriental ones.

These techniques have been scientifically recognised as being natural methods for improving health and stamina of athletes as well as people not involved in sport activities.
